Since opening Form in April 2007, owner Aimee Bracken has strived to
offer amazing labels and specialized services to women who love fashion.
Our intimate chic boutique makes shopping easy and enjoyable.

The owner’s many years of experience as an art director and completing coursework at FIT in NYC in Image Consulting helps give our clients attentive honest style guidance. Our goal is to provide a keen eye on fit while keeping a fashionable vision which has been the key to our success.

We carry a finely edited yet wide selection of contemporary lines. Our featured labels such as Diane Von Furstenberg, Milly, JBrand, Shoshanna, and Alexis Bittar are just a few of the brands at Form. We also love bringing in new relevant designers who have unique and fashionably current yet sophisticated pieces for every wardrobe.

We carry high end designer label consignment. Our collections are in beautiful condition at incredibly affordable prices. Some items were gently worn, some were never worn, but all were once loved.

Our studio setting is perfect for offering original Form designs...The Form jewelry line is designed and handcrafted by Aimee Bracken. Fall 2010...we are thrilled about the debut collection of the Form private label clothing line...feminine, chic, and easy pieces.
